Nutraplus India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 19, 2015, to discuss and access the construction work of two new plants at Tarapur T-30 & N-92, also to take on record the erection of Plant & Machineries for the same as per International Standards and to appoint the necessary agencies for the same. To assess the status of equipments ordered and its delivery status, to determine the size, capacity and quantity of condensers, centrifuges, valves and piping required; to discuss and broad base the company’s Board by inviting professionals to support the expansion; and to discuss and issue guidelines for production and marketing of both the above said new facilities.
