NMDC inches up on the bourses

NMDC is currently trading at Rs. 120.55, up by 0.05 points or 0.04% from its previous closing of Rs. 120.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 121.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 121.70 and Rs. 120.30 respectively. So far 30042 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 191.00 on 11-Jun-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 115.40 on 04-Jun-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 125.00 and Rs. 115.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 47774.83 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 80.00% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.74% and 3.26% respectively.

NMDC was awarded the India Pride Award 2015 in the ‘Metals and Minerals and Trade (including Mining)’ category by Dainik Bhaskar in New Delhi. The India Pride Awards seek to honour PSUs which play a vital role in the development of the nation and serve as pillars of strength for the Indian economy. The Awards are significant because the selection process of an esteemed panel of judges is also supported by judicious and objective recommendations from ICRA.
