Physical Rubber prices showed some improvement on Monday

Physical Rubber prices made some improvement on Monday due to lower supply in the market. There is a news that the Kerala Chief Minister is in talks to start purchasing rubber at Rs 150 a kg by the beginning of July. Due to this, many growers are hoarding whatever stock they have.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety remained unchanged at Rs 131.50/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety improved to Rs 129/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 128.50/ kg.
