National Dairy Development Board inks pact with DD Kisan channel

The National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DD Kisan channel to provide meaningful content related to farm and dairy sector. This association will benefit millions of dairy farmers across India thereby enhancing livelihood and income of the farming community.

The MoU aims at dissemination of up-to-date technical know-how to farmers, improve their livelihood and income by enhancing their knowledge, and provide information on various technical issues related to farming in broader sense.

Last month, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched Doordarshan’s farmer-centric channel, DD Kisan. The 24 hour TV channel focuses primarily on agriculture sector and rural India.
