HUL to open mobile-based marketing platform to external advertisers

Hindustan Unilever (HUL) is planning to open its mobile-based marketing platform Kan Khajura Tesan (KKT) to external advertisers. KKT helps the company's brands like Lux and Fair & Lovely engage with rural consumers in media-dark areas. The KKT initiative was first piloted in Bihar, followed by Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.

HUL is India’s largest fast moving consumer goods company, with leadership in Home & Personal Care Products and Foods & Beverages. HUL's brands, spread across 20 distinct consumer categories, touch the lives of two out of three Indians.
