Fire broke out at a Warehouse leased by Zee Learn at Bhiwandi, Thane, where certain inventories of the Company were stored. Though due to the efforts of the Company and Fire Brigade officials the fire was doused, there were damages to the inventories of the Company, the extent of damages are being assessed. This fire incident is not likely to have material impact on the operations of the Company.
