Maharashtra Scooters has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company would be held on July 21, 2015, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, as amended, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for the Directors and designated employees of the company from July 01, 2015 till the date of Board Meeting, proposed to be held on July 21, 2015, for consideration and adoption of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 and will reopen after conclusion of 24 hours of the publication of the aforesaid financial results.
