Bajaj Corp has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 09, 2015, to approve and take on record the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015 of the Financial Year 2015-16. Further the Company has informed that, a meeting of the Audit Committee of Directors will also be held on the same date that is July 09, 2015, prior to the aforementioned Board Meeting to review the unaudited financial results before submission to the Board for approval. Further, the Trading Window will be closed for trading of Company’s equity shares for Directors/Designated Employees from July 01, 2015 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 to the public.
