Heritage Foods has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for the purpose of Declaration/approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015 for all the Directors/KMP/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company July 10, 2015 to July 24, 2015. Accordingly all the Directors/KMP/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transactions involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
