Kumaka Industries has received an approval for investment of Rs 100,000 for purchase of 10,000 equity shares of Pinnacle Therapeutics of Rs 10 each, so to make it wholly owned (100% owned) subsidiary of the company. The board of directors at its meeting held on July 06, 2015 has approved for the same.

Kumaka Industries is a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical products. The company currently has its own manufacturing facility in Gujarat to manufacturers Corticosteroids and its Salts.
