FIIs trim stake in Gateway Distriparks in Q1FY16

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have reduced their stake in Gateway Distriparks by 265 basis points to 29.77 percent at the end of June 2015 from 32.42 percent as on March 31, 2015. On the other hand, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have increased their stake in the company by 154 basis points to 25.64 percent at the end of June 2015 from 24.1 percent as on March 31, 2015.

Non Institutions were holding 11.73 percent stake at the end of June 2015, up 111 basis points from 10.62 percent as on March 31, 2015, while Corporate bodies were holding 4.39 percent stake at the end of June 2015, up 62 basis points from 3.77 percent as on March 31, 2015.

Gateway Distriparks is engaged in the business of warehousing, container freight stations, providing handling and clearance of sea borne export-import trade in containerized form. The company operates CFS located at Dronagiri, Navi Mumbai, New Manali, Chennai, Vishakapatnam and Inland Container Depot at Garhi Harsaru (near Delhi) and Haryana.
