Future & Option (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 1, 83,680.48 crore on July 7 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 77, 48,013.
Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 15,415.56 crore, Stock Futures Rs 23,413.47 crore and Index Options Rs 1,35,284.65 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 9,566.80 crore.
For the day, the total F&O PutCall ratio stood 1.10 while Index Options PutCall ratio was 1.15 and that of Stock Options was 0.43.
The top five scrips with highest PCR on OI were Dr. Reddys Laboratories (1.50), Just Dial (1.13), Asian Paint (1.10), Ultratech Cement (1.04) and JSW Steel (1.04).
Among most active underlying, Reliance Industries witnessed an addition of 0.18 million of Open Interest in the July month futures contract, followed by State Bank of India witnessing a contraction of 0.14 million of Open Interest in the July month contract; Hindustan Petroleum Corporation witnessed an addition of 0.19 million of Open Interest in the Julymonth contract, ICICI Bank witnessed a contraction of 1.59 million of Open Interest in the July month contract and Wockhardt witnessed an addition of 0.13 units of Open Interest in the July month's future contract.
