GHCL has informed that a Board Meeting of the Company will be held on July 30, 2015 to consider inter alia the reviewed un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.Further, the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company Shall remain closed from July 20, 2015 to August 01, 2015 in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. Accordingly, during the said periods, the directors / designated employees of the Company and their immediate relatives etc. are directed not to deal in the Company’s shares.
