According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 742.23 crore in futures and options segments on Friday, February 24, 2012.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 338.01 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 1102.54 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 672.46 crore and they also sold stock options worth Rs 25.86 crore.
