WEP Solutions has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) for acquiring 100% of equity shares of eRM Solutions (eRM), a company focused on Document Management Solutions and having developed proprietary software in this domain.
The company will be acquiring the equity at a consideration of Rs 81 lakh at par and will take over the management of eRM upon completion of the transaction. eRM will function as a subsidiary of WeP Solutions.
WEP Solutions is a leading provider of Computer Hardware and Peripherals.
