Electrosteel Castings has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring And Reporting Trading by Insiders (the Code), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and other connected persons as covered under the Code from July 23, 2015 and shall open 48 hours after the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results are submitted to stock exchange.
