Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company passed a resolution on May 23, 2015, for keeping its Books of Accounts at 7th Floor, Office Tower, Ambience Mall, N.H.-8, Gurgaon-122001, a place other than registered office of the Company.
