Torrent Pharmaceuticals has concluded the acquisition of 100% stake in Zyg Pharma consequent to precedent and closing conditions which have been satisfied and the entire equity was transferred to the company on July 17, 2015.
The company had earlier on May 05, 2015 inked a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire 100% stake in Zyg Pharma, a company engaged in manufacturing various dermatological formulations like creams, ointments, gels, lotions, solutions.
