Inox Wind has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on July 27, 2015, to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from July 18, 2015 till completion of 48 hours after the Unaudited financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The same has been intimated to all the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company.
