Jagran Prakashan has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2015, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015; to consider and approve the amalgamation of Suvi Info-Management (Indore) Private Limited (SUVI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, which does not have business activity, subject to the approval of shareholders/ creditors and other regulatory authorities. The proposed amalgamation envisages- (i) no issue of fresh capital or any other security as SUVI is 100% subsidiary of the Company; and (ii) strengthening capital structure and standalone balance sheet of the Company besides saving various administrative, managerial and other costs and improving organizational efficiency.
