Bayer CropScience has informed that the Buyback Committee (constituted by the Board of Directors on June 03, 2015), at its meeting held on July 20, 2015 has approved August 4, 2015 to be the Record Date for determining the entitlement and the names of the Equity Shareholders, to whom the Letter of Offer will be sent and will be eligible to participate in the buyback of not exceeding 12,65,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each from all the existing shareholders / beneficial owners of equity shares of the Company for a price of Rs. 4,000 per share payable in cash for an aggregate amount of Rs.506,00,00,000.
