Den Networks has informed that, in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed, for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015 for all Designated Employees (Including Directors) from July 24, 2015 and shall remain closed up to August 03, 2015. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
