ABB India has informed that the Company has appointed T K Sridhar as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company effective July 23, 2015.The said appointment has been approved by the Audit Committee at its meeting held on July 23, 2015. Further, the Board, at its meeting held on July 24, 2015, has appointed T K Sridhar, CFO, as a Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel by passing a resolution as required under Section 203 (2) of the Companies Act, 2013.
