Wintac has informed that Further to the news item from Lupin about their acquisition of Gavis Pharmaceuticals LLC, USA and Novel Laboratories Inc., USA, there is an abnormal increase in the volume and share price of Wintac, Bangalore as GAVIS Pharma LLC is the promoter and holding company of Wintac. They would like to inform that GAVIS Pharma LLC, USA has clarified that Lupin has not acquired Wintac and/or its holding company GAVIS Pharma LLC, USA. Gavis Pharma and Gavis Pharmaceuticals are two different companies and that Lupin has acquired only Gavis Pharmaceuticals.
