IVP has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed for all the Directors and designated (specified) employees of the Company, with effect from July 24, 2015 to August 13, 2015. The trading window in respect of dealing in the Shares of the Company shall reopen from August 14, 2015.
