Bambino Agro Industries has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2015, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited financial results for the period ended June 30, 2015.Further pursuant to the enactment of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading Regulations, 2015 the trading window shall remain closed from August 04, 2015 till August 14, 2015 i.e. 48 hours after the date on which the financial results as approved by the Board is communicated to the Stock Exchange in terms of ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of lnsider Trading in Securities’ to be adopted by the Company.
