Technocraft Industries (India) has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2015, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in Equity Shares of Technocraft Industries (India) (the Company) shall remain closed for all specified persons (that is, Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees, Insiders and their immediate relatives) from July 27, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results and/or outcome of the Board Meeting.
