The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled NBFC Registration Certificate of Microsec Financial Services. In response to the application made by the company for cancellation of NBFC Registration Certificate, the RBI has deregistered the company as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) and the Certificate of Registration (CoR) dated November 09, 2005 has been cancelled. The apex bank has advised that being a Core Investment Company (CIC), the company henceforth will function only as CIC.
Microsec Financial Services is engaged in the businesses of financing and investment, investment banking and related services, brokerage and related services and wealth management, insurance broking, financial planning and related services.
