Navneet Education has informed that Ram Kamat, currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, has been assigned another role at a senior position in the Company. Consequently, the Board of Directors has, at its meeting held on July 28, 2015 appointed Deepak Kaku as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company in place of Ram Kamat. The above change will be effective from the date of board meeting held on July 28, 2015.
