Essar Oil has informed that the Company has on July 28, 2015 allotted 6,07,498 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to the Essar Oil Employee Stock Option Trust pursuant to the Essar Oil Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2011 against an equal number of Options to enable eligible employees to exercise their Options that have vested at the end of 3rd year from the grant date. In view of the above the paid-up capital of the Company has been increased to Rs 14,50,12,43,980 divided into 145,01,24,398 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
