Intellect Design Arena has informed that the Members of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide its Circular Resolution dated July 27, 2015 has approved, the allotment of 48,400 shares to Seven associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and the allotment of 18,950 shares to Seven associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme and approved for transfer of 18,400 shares under ASOP 2004 scheme to Five associates, vide Circular Resolution.
