Godrej Consumer Products has decided to acquire the balance 40% stake in Cosmetica Nacional, a market leading Hair Colorant and Cosmetics company in Chile. Accordingly, the Company will have full control of the Chile business once the acquisition process is completed. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on July 29, 2015 has approved for the same.
