Palred Technologies to invest Rs 15 crore in subsidiary companies

Palred Technologies has received an approval for investment of Rs 15 crore in its subsidiary companies in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013. The board of directors at their meeting held on July 29, 2015 has approved for the same.

The board approved investment of a sum of Rs 10 crore in Palred Online Technologies at Rs 11.50 per share increasing its ownership to 79% and investment of a sum of Rs 5 crore in Palred Technology Services at Rs 10 per share increasing its ownership to 99.80%.

Palred Technologies is a global leader offering software solutions for the logistics and transportation industry. It provides innovative and integrated enterprise solutions ensuring customer satisfaction. Four Soft software engineers are providing solutions to enterprises across the SCM market place.
