With reference to Increase in Price, Saven Technologies has clarified that there is no material information/ announcement (including pending announcement) regarding operation/ performance of the company, which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price behaviour in the scrip. Hence they have no event, information etc that have a bearing on the operation/ performance of the company which include price sensitive information etc, to be intimated to the exchange as per Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement.
