Bharati Shipyard has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2015, have taken following decisions; to change name of the Company from Bharati Shipyard to Bharati Defence And Infrastructure, to carry out consequential amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, reflecting the name change etc. by way of Postal Ballot and to issue Convertible Warrants to the Lender.
