Hathway Cable & Datacom has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2015, to consider and approve Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1). Further the Company has informed that, in terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Specified Persons from August 04, 2015 to August 13, 2015. Accordingly, the specified persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities or deal in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
