FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 4 data: NSDL

04 Aug 2015 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net buyers in equity segment while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4496.63 crore against gross sell of Rs 4066.52 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 430.11 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 583.85 crore with gross sales of Rs 1254.30 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 670.45 crore in debt.
