According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 373.28 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Tuesday’s data, August 4, 2015.
FIIs were net sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 231.48 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 604.76 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs. 849.48 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 15.13 crore.
