India Steel Works has informed that a Meeting of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on August 14, 2015, to take on record the un-audited financial results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015. Further, in connection with above, as per the Company’s code of Fair Disclosure & Conduct adopted pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window of the Company will be closed for all insiders from August 06, 2015 and shall be opened 48 hours after the intimation of outcome of above said Board Meeting to the Stock Exchange.
