Pro Fin Capital Services has received its board’s approval to acquire, in due course, 80% of the equity capital of Tera Natural Resources and Pellets. The company already holds 46.92% of the equity capital of Tera and with the proposed acquisition, Pro Fin Capital will hold 80% of the share capital of Tera.
