Further, pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, monitor & Trading by Insider as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 trading Window shall be closed from August 07, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Result for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2015 and its submission to the Stock Exchange for all the designated persons or class of designated person as defined under the code/ Regulation.
