Wellness Noni has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 07, 2015, has transacted the review of the Merger Proposal of Noni Biotech with the Company and unanimously decided to drop the Merger of Noni Biotech with the Company and the Board has considered the Resignation letter received from M. Devi Prabha, Director of the Company and the Board has accepted the Resignation and relieved her from the directorship of the Company.
