Diamond Power Infrastructure has informed that the Company has received notice from its subsidiary Diamond Power Transformers for the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to be held on August 25, 2015. The main agenda of the meeting is to approve Initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares of Diamond Power Transformers on the SME Exchange. Further, the Company has informed that the above agenda is subject to approval of shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting and regulatory authorities as and where applicable.
