Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has informed that September 04, 2015 will be the cut-off date for the purpose of offering remote e-voting facility to our members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 21st Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. The remote e-voting period commences on September 08, 2015 (9.00 a.m.) and ends on September 10, 2015 (5.00 p.m.). The e-Voting module shall be disabled for voting thereafter.
