Physical rubber prices showed a mixed trend on Wednesday. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety weakened to Rs 116/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 116.50/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety remained unchanged at Rs 111/ kg.
In the futures market, contract of September delivery improved marginally to Rs 114.78 compared to its previous closing of Rs 114.21, while October delivery closed at Rs 114.37 compared to its previous close of Rs 114.20 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
