Pan India Food Solutions has informed that Sandeep Sharan, Additional Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company, has accepted a full time position with another Company, the terms of which prohibit him from taking any outside directorships position. Consequently, he has expressed his desire to step down as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from closing hours of August 31, 2015. Further with effect from closing hours of August 31, 2015, Sandeep Sharan shall cease to be a Non-Executive Independent Director and member of the (i) Audit Committee and (ii) Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
