In the AGM, along with other businesses, Ramya Hariharan has been appointed as Director of the Company. Further, the shareholders have also approved her appointment as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years from October 20, 2014 till October 19, 2019 and Yoshikazu Miyasaka has been appointed as Director of the Company.
