Megasoft has reported results for fourth quarter ended December 31, 2011.
The company has reported a net profit of Rs 3.69 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011, against net loss of Rs 1.37 crore for the corresponding period last fiscal. However, total income decreased by 35.59% at Rs 12.20 crore during the quarter under review from Rs 18.94 crore in the same quarter of 2010.
On the consolidated basis, the company has posted a drop of 56.30% in its net profit at Rs 2.74 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 as compared to Rs 6.27 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income has decreased by 18.05% at Rs 35.74 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 43.61 crore in the same quarter of 2010.
