FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per August 24 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net sellers in equity segment and in debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4582.10 crore against gross sell of Rs 6881.42 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2299.32 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 766.44 crore with gross sales of Rs 1001.57 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 235.13 crore in debt.
