With reference to the earlier letter dated August 12, 2015 intimating Board’s decision for extension of time to hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2014-15 by three months beyond September 30, 2015. In this regard, Jubilant Industries has now informed that the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur has granted extension of three months for holding the AGM of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015. The company shall let to know the date of AGM, once the same is fixed.
